By downloading, installing, or using the WazaLearn mobile application or accessing the WazaLearn web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

WazaLearn is an educational application designed to help users learn judo techniques through:

• Interactive video lessons - Professional demonstrations of judo techniques
• Quiz functionality - Test your knowledge with interactive quizzes
• Belt progression system - Work through traditional judo belt levels
• Leaderboards - Compete with other judo enthusiasts
• Progress tracking - Monitor your learning journey

User Accounts

To use WazaLearn, you must create an account with basic information such as email address, username, and country code. For detailed information about what data we collect and how we use it, please see our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Premium Features

WazaLearn offers premium features for a monthly subscription fee:

• Full technique library - Access to all judo throws and techniques

Subscription Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused time

User Conduct

When using WazaLearn, you agree to:

• Use the service respectfully - No harassment or inappropriate behavior
• Play fairly - No cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs
• Respect intellectual property - Do not copy or redistribute content
• Provide accurate information - Honest account details and progress reporting
• Follow applicable laws - No illegal activities or content

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

Intellectual Property

WazaLearn Content:

• All app content, including videos, quizzes, and interface design, is owned by DudinkDigital or Bos Judo
• Judo technique names and descriptions are based on traditional knowledge
• Video demonstrations are created specifically for WazaLearn
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

User Content:

• Your progress data, scores, and achievements remain your personal information
• Leaderboard rankings and usernames may be displayed publicly

Disclaimers

Educational Purpose: WazaLearn is designed for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional judo instruction or training.

Physical Activity: Judo is a physical sport. Any practice or training based on WazaLearn content is at your own risk. Always train under proper supervision.

Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to WazaLearn. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates.

Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, technique names and descriptions may vary between dojos and countries.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DudinkDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for premium features in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur from judo practice
• Use of WazaLearn is at your own risk

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app or using the account deletion feature in the About → Contact Support section.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to WazaLearn will cease, and your data may be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will post the updated terms on our website
• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Continued use of WazaLearn constitutes acceptance of the new terms
